From the west, take the 5th Street exit from I-94 and follow it past the Excel Energy Center two more blocks to 5th & Wabasha. From the east, take the Kellogg exit off I-94. After several blocks take a right from Kellogg onto Wabasha and proceed to 5th & Wabasha.
